August 21, 2016: Motor City 5K (36:59 – chip timed) \u00a0<\/strong>Not my strongest 5K, but a return to running after over nearly a year away. \u00a0Great conditions for the middle of summer: mid 60’s, but about 70-80% humidity.<\/p>\n
